De Lacey & Green Homeowners Association needs volunteers in the following areas:

Maintenance Monitor (20 min/day 2-3 days/week)
Gardening Monitor (20 min / week)
Storage Locker Monitor (20 min / month)
Cleaning Monitor (20 min 2x weekly)
Development of Orientation Program for New Residents
Potential New Committee Chair "D@G Green Committee"

As you know there has been spotty delivery of mail... and many times we have other people's mail in our box. In discussions with the postman we found the following:

1. We have no regular post person.
2. Package box # 2...someone did not return key therefore it can't be used and must be re-keyed by post office…we are taking care of that!
3. The mailboxes are not well marked with name and unit number so when the panel is opened by the postman...it’s very confusing to identify the right box.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO IMPROVE MAIL DELIVERY:

USE A PERMANENT MARKER AND WRITE YOUR UNIT NUMBER AND LAST NAME(S) ONLY ON THE INSIDE – FRONT OF THE MAIL BOX
DO NOT WRITE ON THE MAILBOX FACE !!!!
